Little update, my front differential had a screw back out. Pretty sure that is the primary cause of the trucks destruction. Pictures to be added at a later date pending how rlaarlo decides to move forward.

The entire driveline is tweaked, I need to put this in a box and not look at it again for a while. Took me several days just to even get enough encouragement to take the front differential appart to see what the clicking noise was.

1st rule of RCs, take it apart before you run it!

It took forever but I got mine yesterday, will skip rule number 1 so I hope the person that put mine together did a good job :D

I filed a credit card dispute, mine had several screw buried into the plastic during disassembly. Who ever put the drivetrain in stripped every 1.5mm screw lol. Damn fun truck, absolute blast once you put some thicker shock oil in.

Not that big of a deal but rlaarlo better stock amazon asap. Making a Omni Terminator Parts page was a bold commitment in my eyes. This is not a good first truck as you could get bitter quick over parts.

@Goofy thanks! Keep us updated, getting parts are one of the biggest concern of this one off platform.
Parts came in! Overall about 9-10 days from order to doorstep. Not bad considering the origin.

So my first bash on house small backyard with it is was fantastic, it handles a lawn much better than other small ones like
AM DM 12 and all the MJX 1/16 1/14

And I have not tuned anything yet.
For just running on small lawn with no jumps there is no need more for speed or a more powerful battery.

My lights doesn't seem to turn on from the transmitter channel 4 out of the box, anyone else had this problem with the carbon rtr version?
Also steering direction was wrong but that was a quick fix on the transmitter.

I made some runs with my Rlaarlo OT the other day and I'm happy with it so far, the thing drives great. I will be pushing it harder soon!
I've never tried uploading a video before, I hope it works.

Lol, I am going on 2 weeks of emails and they offered me a 20% coupon code instead of parts. Glad that my issues aren't the norm. Customer service is just crap.

Had a look into my diffs today because there was no resistance. All of them nearly empty, see by yourself.

I advise all of you to check your diffs. But be aware, removing them is a pain, especially the middle one...

Trying to wash away the negative launch, they are rolling out that 1/7 scale crawler on the 7th.

Working through my current coging issues, 3650 3300kv cogs like sob. Looking at swapping in a 3660 3200kv since I can't go lower than the current 22t pinion. Hopefully the higher torque motor will allow me to gear back up. The stock 3650 2650kv really is an interesting choice since it can turn a 24T pinion and no coging.

I know this is $150 max truck no matter how "hobby grade" it looks
I am six charges in and my experience is way better than with the LC Racing Truggy I had before for my backyard. And the LC was much more expensive. For me personally the Omni Terminator is a good deal.

Totally agree with you, Its a great truck for the money! The suspension and handling are awesome for a smaller truck. Imo
Very happy with the purchase.
