Here is the secret sauce. Running Vanquish Capra axles and Ruptures, I have the CG just a hair below center-line of the axle shaft. Pair that with the anti-squat, and up it goes.

New beadlocks and JConcepts crawling tires/foams for the TRX4. Just got a new Element Ecto too, will give it a few runs stock before I upgrade. Think I like trailing/crawling ss much ss bashing now.

Anyone else running a castle mamba micro X2 in there comp crawler

I have one in my C3 and twice now is has went into a ?? safety mode ??or just stops working after a quick throttle snap. I can unplug batt and reconnect and it will go back to working as it should

Truck is only coming in at 5.25 lbs. and gearing is not to high. It is rated by Castle for a slow crawler. I know other guys are running these in comp trucks

Anyone had this issue ??

Swapped out my Element trailrunner body of another Enduro HD body today, swapped the wheels to the appropriate size. Have some more work to do on it but it's getting there. I think the IFS font end looks good on the HD.

Some upgrades and more tuning from last year testing went good and I think is complete

I am very happy with the new jconsepts c3 tusk tires

Swapped out the micro x2 out with a mamba x from my C2

That body is so cool. Wasn't out when I got the Tarantula. Oh well... The open wheel design gives you so many more options to set it up. Good choice on the tires, too. Let us know what you think.
