I just got the granite grom! It’s actually a lot of fun. And I’m gonna upgrade to brushless but I need to find batteries that fit so I can decide what to purchase. Was just looking for some input. Thanks yall!!

Rlaarlo 2S 2800mah fits perfect for huge pack capability, but I usually run cnhl 1.5AH or 2.2AH is plenty of brushless runtime.

depends what the capabilities are of your esc and motor really. But most lipos are available as shortys. Search for them as shorty packs and you’ll find yourself something.
