Granite Grom esc?

My granite Grom will just beep 3 times, 2 fast then 1 longer ,and then do nothing

Could the throttle trim be turned up on the radio? Try making sure it is centered.

Is this in addition to the beeps when you start up? Like if you have a 3s battery? Either way I would re-bind the transmitter and set the throttle endpoints.
