Hi guys, I have a Typhon TLR tuned that I'm driving primarely on my backyard track. It's a half short grass and half dirt. Jumps are plywood.

I need a new set of tires and I'm wondering what you guys recomend?

Just to be clear, I'm not doing any stunt riding or proper bashing with this car just the backyard track.

Not rea
I don't own a Typhon but some guys run the 4s Backflips on their's.
Don't you own a 4s OC?

Not really into that direction with this car. I own an Outcast for that type of driving.
I’d consider tires designed for racing instead of bashing. Something with a meaty tread to help with the grass.

For sure, that's the direction I'm going with this car.

I'm asking because I do not have much experience with those type of tires so I'm not sure which ones suites my type driving surface.

These may fit a Typhon, they do on my stretched 6S Typhon with hub extensions.

These are BY FAR my favorite tire for the Typhon! Great on Grass and Dirt. 139mm/

I run these on the 3S Typhon. The 6S Typhon I have just does tornado spins with them and they are not good on grass at all!

I am on grass lots , tried a few brands , and have ended up with corally radix tyres , they work great on grass and soil . Typhon 3s work well , the spirals have lots of grip , fastrax are cheap but don’t last , the standard v5 typhon tyres work well also

These DIG and hold up extremely well on 6S for less than $30. Broken lower A-arm damaged hinge pin on a poor landing and did not crack or bend a wheel. Mojave arms are TOUGH

Hobbyfire was the vendor, honestly the 17mm T-wrench was worth the price of admission 😂

Gotta be honest, they sent me a free set for my Amazon review but am in no way sponsored!

I feel the same way.
Meaty Track pin tires are great for any turf.
They really do much better than many tires. Even my 6s Kraton runs great with them. Great for all round bashing. Most anywhere.
Pavement running will burn them out quick, however. But I always have street tires exclusively for that.

I don't see corally radix tyres.
Never see these, I like them. Corally Rebel XMS Low-Profile Off-Road Tires
