FAILED 3D Prints : Let's see what you've got.

I'm thinking the printer gods hate me...

Started this print at about 4am..
(Suppose to be a ~5hr print job)

Should be almost done ,came in to check and found it putting the finishing touches to this...

Suppose to be four carpet spikes / protectors.

I even dried the filament in the dryer -
for over 6 hours the other day....

Replaced the hotend and bed and the bed warp is gone, and the hotend is working good.

Bed was warped, replaced with glass instead of the magnetic Ender 3 S1 bed. Need to work on this
