sounds like the pinion on the motor is stripped or loose

Pinion Gear attached to the motor via grub screw. (Pinion for short)

I've now lost my rear wheel drive, it's only pulling from the front.

Is the center driveshaft to the rear turning? If yes, check your rear differential. Possible input or crown gear worn out.
