Typhon Where can I find high tension Typhon rear springs

Tekno makes a good spring. I run Kraton springs in the back of my Typhon that are super stiff for my off-road car.

If your road is smooth enough turnbuckles,,,.stiff springs will cause ya problems.strip threads in a-arms,screw falls off chassis tab ya crash...screws put alot of tension on chassis from spring tension

I don't know how it is on the Typhon, but on the Infraction it comes stock with medium stiffness springs (front/rear 27 & 26.8lbs/in. respectively). Arrma makes 38lb./in. springs for it.

I just put my K6 shocks on my Typhon. Feels very plush but firm on the bench and will help with the added weight when I run my castle combo and 8s.
Will run her tomorrow and see how she does.

Yea will need to run race packs. Shorter run times but should be fun.
I highly doubt I'll be running 8s all the time.
4s-6s is a lot already.

beautiful! You can totally replace the rear body mounts and posts to raise the rear of the body. IIRC thats what I did to fit 8s but it still a tight fit and made my body a little uneven with the 8s batteries but still worked great.

here's a couple 8s speedrun typhons I did.was able to fit 2×36mm tall packs under typhon body after raising it..BTW the 3s body is about 1in taller,more room for packs... @Jeppyjep remember that if ya plan on going 120+++ that the second rear squats lower than front car gos airborne.that 4080 will be making the rear squat under power...cause blwovers are the worst way to crash up a car,cartwheels an barrel rolls will do some damage quik...had 5 runs on this new body,I was sooo pist

After a few blowovers I quit useing springs.i now only use solid links instead
