My senton 3s left front tire appears to be leaning a bit to the left which makes the car lean to the left a lot when driving.
What's the issue and what's the fix for that?

It isn’t really an issue, you just need to adjust your steering trim. They both need to toe out equally. Set your steering endpoints while you’re at it, it will prolong the life of your servo greatly. Welcome to the forum!
