"Shipping" a freebie donor costs about the same. Shaving a few dollars either way makes no sense. Not quite sure where you are going with this.... Regardless, I would want a brand new RX. Can't play around with that.

You need the radio (Tx) antenna. The Coaxial wire itself got damaged?
Is it a plug and play mounted connection to the MB? Or is it soldered to the MB?
After market replacement 2.4 ghz antenna's do exist. Best bet. Many here do that.
I have an RC6GS . But never opened mine up to see how it is connected.
A great radio for my Limitless speed runs. Running the R7FG Duel ant. Rx.
