Typhon GMP shock quiz!

One of my shocks is not stretching. See foto's. Once you compress the shock, it stays compressed. I don't have oils at the moment, so don't want risc dismantling the shock. But if anyone has an idea, I would love to hear it.

If I had to guess the shaft is bent. Take the spring perch off, take the spring off and check the shaft.

yep +1 on what @slick said I'd almost guarantee the shaft is bent as even if the piston broke it should still uncompress

Ok.. found the answer. It's bent.

Yes but it will never be completely straight again.
I can't tell if this is the front or the rear shock but GPM does have rebuild kits but they appear to both be out of stock
