If you're going for realistic, Proline makes a Silverado body for the Kraton. They used to sell a Ram Rebel body as well, but it's been discontinued. Although I'm sure there are a few still floating around out there somewhere.

Depends on what you are looking for. If you want to keep the truggy look with a wing, you have a lot more options.
