I haven't run my mini Losi in over 6 months. The 2s battery won't charge with the Losi USB charger. I purchased an adapter from ic3 to ec2 to attempt to charge the battery using my smart charger.
I'm getting this message.
What does it mean?

It's either what @Relimar said or, the other option to take into consideration, one of the pins of the balance connector isn't making a proper connection giving the charger jumping voltage readings. If the charging thing as suggested above doesn't do the trick, pick up a balance connector kit with crimp tool on Amazon and put a new one on the battery. That has fixed more than one battery for me personally.

Was it left connected to the Losi while sitting? If so, it is likely drained and no longer useable.

Only way to be sure is to hook it to a cell checker as Hammer Down suggested.

The Spektrum charger is probably seeing the voltages below the minimum threshold and the battery is no longer safe to use.
