Typhon trenchers

@typhon34 I believe he did use TA hex adapters vs replacing with V2 Kraton hubs, hex's, and axels. The Trenchers are about 1/2 inch taller than stock buggy wheels, way wider for sure. Watch temps if geared high, more rotational mass also.

Ok cool... I thought they were same hight. Bigger will be better for clearance :-D

I got the hex adapters too but haven't purchased wheels yet. I'm hoping to go 3.8 badlands. Is that possible?

@ArrmaStrong not with the hex adapters only it isn’t possible, plus I’ve heard 3.8’s put to much stress on the steering system etc. Trust me 2.8 are big enough for the typhon anyway.

Thanks. The more I've researched the more I've heard that 2.8 is the way to go. The adapters allow for the 2.8's?

@ArrmaStrong yes, they provide the needed width. Without either adapters or swapping for Kraton hexs, axels, and hubs, 2.8s rub on the stock Typhon hubs.
