Hello and welcome!

Stock is 10/10k, but I like the feel of 20/10k. Most will put a little more upfront giving me a nicer feel when slide drifting in the dirt.

If lubing the outside of the crown gear in the diff house, red and tacky works well. I also use some of this silicon lube as well here

What Parcou said for sure! I have used red and tacky on the outside of the plastic diffs with no issues, I have started using the Superlube line of greases as well which many swear by here on the forum:

and silicone version:

Something I have noticed, over time the silicone lube tends to separate but seems to stick to the gears longer and lube better. The Synthetic also works great but I noticed its not as sticky.

I would avoid using any lithium grease. Many of them will soften and destroy plastics over time.

Good Luck!
