Honestly for $15-20 US more you could probably find a Castle Creations combo that works. Better quality, American (AKA not Chinese) made actual tech support should you need it. If not Hobby Wing. Made in China but it's a known quantity/quality and has tech support.

Not sure what your options are down under, but Amain has them on sale.

Avoid the Surpass hobby escs like a hand grenade dipped in aids. Hobbywing, Hobbywing rebrands(like Spektrum) or Castle escs only trust me on this.

Zee makes decent batteries and for a 1/10 2wd you don't need the most expensive high end batteries to have fun so those will do just fine.

I was looking at it and with the spectrum motor what pinion gear would I get and is it able to be swapped with a senton if I ever want to get it?

I am not sure what gearing to get, but I would avoid aluminum, brass and plastic pinions, if you are bashing stick with hardened steel. If you can find them Robinson Racing makes the best 48p pinions you can buy. But a 48p 3.175/1/8 bore pinion will fit on the Senton Boost and Mega 4x4, it will not fit on the Senton 3s. The 3s is 32p/mod 0.8 and 5mm bore.

Be careful when changing gearing from stock as the higher you gear the vehicle the hotter the car will run.

I was looking at the senton boost but I was gonna change the motor to a 3.175 diameter shaft. And then use that in the fury and after get the senton boost and swap the motor and esc to that. But thanks for the info I won't get aluminium.
