I love my ender 3, but I'm curious as to what filiment you guys are using for rc parts. Do they really hold up to bashing?

I'm using standard PLA. The parts I print or mostly little stress parts. Although I did print body posts for my Senton and I've had to do a ton of testing, I finally settled on needing 90% fill and they are pretty rigid. I did make the thin in certain areas to allow a little flex.

I use standard PLA for non impact parts (fan covers/adapters, trays, etc), nylon for body parts (side skirts, fender wells, etc), and sometimes 95A or higher hardness TPU for odds and ends like wings, wing mounts, shock bushings/spacers, etc.
