Hello again!
I got the new chassis for my K4S v2 in the mail today (yay!) So now the fun starts. I have the M2S pin holders inbound and the Arrma ARA330731 pins. Any hints/tips would be most appreciated!
Thanks!!
John

Hey!

I went through the same process not long ago. Moved everything to a new chassis. Here is what I suggest in random order of importance:
  • If you take a screw out to remove parts, put that screw back and make a few turns. If possible. This way you will not need to remember what screw was where
  • When putting stuff back together, do not overtighten screws
  • When putting back a screw into plastic, first gently press the screw and move it anti-clockwise until you hear/feel a slight click. This means the screw found an old thread and it's good to start screwing it in
  • If a screw goes into a metal thread, use blue Loctite
  • Make pictures or videos of parts that you feel you might have trouble putting back together (because you forgot how it was assembled originally)
