Has anyone had any experience with a lexan body that is already a color- black. Like this one? No paint required.

Ah, its why I posted & asked. I thought it was black lexan. So thats why it comes w/ the film coating. Pretty neat. Thanks KBThose are dipped in a speacial thick paint.almost kinda like a rubberized coating.from out side not in..Germany makes a lot like that.they make yellow tough guard coating also..
It's not by proline .it's by a weird Russian company that dips them,..my co worker has one .I saw it and you can't scratch or even try to peel the dip off ,it's stuck on very well.its stronger than 1/1 bed liner coating.it feels rough and it's kinda gritty.i personally don't like it at all .looks like a bad paint job But I suppose it does the job and won't get messed up in a crashUnless Proline sells more than one version of this Nova body in black, it's not dipped or painted. Its black lexan, as I own one.
