Senton one 6S or two 3S hard case battery recommendations?

Hi All,

Can anyone recommend me a good 6S hardcase battery, or pair of 3S hardcase lipos that have a high discharge rate and will fit the senton? I'm having a hard time finding batteries here in Toronto, Ontario, Canada. Thanks in advance for the suggestions!

You might check http://begoracing.com which sells SMC and gensacearespammers Lipos.
Or the mighty Amazon.ca for gensacearespammers (which I buyout early this week so they need to refill on lipos...)

Maybe http://hobbyhobby.com but could cost a little bit more.

@exwhyzed I recommend SMC or gensacearespammers LiPo batteries. I'd also suggest checking out our thread What's your "budget" LiPo of choice? for a ton of other good recommendations.

RC Juice has great Lipo's for a great price.
Pretty sure they ship to Canada but you'll have to check.

I think Exwhyzed is asking which battery configuration is better?
to run
1 6s,4s.
OR
2 x 3s, 2 x 2s?

not sure if how I wrote all that makes sense but hopefully you get the jist of it lol

P.s.

The decision to run 1x 6s or 1x 4s isn't in question, rather is it better to run 2 batteries (2x 3s or 2x 2s) instead of 1?



I have wondered the same thing about why the Senton comes with dual battery connections instead of 1

I do not recommend Hobbystar hardcase lipos. They crack under very light use!

I run these bad boys, 2 x 2s, with the 16t pinion. Runs great and a perfect bashing combination. Also, Scott who runs this website is a great guy and offers free shipping on $49 or more. I just desolder the dean's plugs off and resolder my choice of connectors.
