Surprising that happened with a 4-pole 1650 motor. Those XLX2’s seem to always fry when on the brakes? The motor back-feeding into the ESC, and poof.
Castle really needs to freshen up that ESC and address that issue, and also get them to play nicer with big-can 6-pole motors.
