Kraton Kraton 6s EXB Clip

I lost my patience and ended up just leaving the clip out for now, is this a design fault? its really frustrating does anyone have any ideas how I can get this clip back in I had to use pliers to remove it now there is just no chance I can get it back in as you can see in the pictures the clip is scratching the metal of the heat sink.

It will feel really stuck, but you can rotate the heatsink on the motor can. Just scoot it a degree or two away from the pin spot and get the pin back in.

I remove the long metal pin and just use a long zip tie. Not perfect but close enough for me.

yes hate taking that clip out its always been a nightmare to get back in
