Grom Got a new toy

I went to the hobby store today and bought a new toy. I figured I would try something small for a change and got a arma typhon grom. I also picked up some bsr tires and castle micro x2 esc with a 5010, 5600 brushless motor. I put it all together, mods needed,and would love to try it but I need a pinion gear which will be here tomorrow because stock motor has a small shaft and castle is 3mm. Special gear too,it's a mod 0.5. Here's some pics.

Did you have to do any trimming for the esc combo? And what’s the max power you can do with that? I’m on the verge of buying one and putting a 1010 CC combo and run it 4s just over kill but that’s what I want.

I had to trim a part of chassis that sticks up to hold fan,and cut a piece of of center cover to fit motor because I am using stock motor plate for now

Just a little wider for street use at my house,I didn't even run the stock stuff,took it apart right out of the box

Put on some hot racing hubs, shafts and springs today to make things stronger, also the motor plate and 20 t gear. Should handle a little better and go a little faster.

I'm still running stock diffs,been waiting for the other ones with metal cups and spiders, I haven't changed the fluid yet

I put on some aluminum a arms and steering, now I just need to dial it in on my way to hit 100mph. Hit 72 so far on 3s and more to go
