Saw that and jaw dropped. On the other hand, I'd done the same, as there really is no better option. Get out and get run over by the next gawker would have been a possibility.

Pretty ballzy of the driver with the camera to speed towards that when he can tell it has the power to flip a heavy truck over and spin it.

Impressive thing was he/she kept the truck in the correct lane all the while.. Like a Boss!

But, All kidding aside, he/she was truly Blessed to be able to drive away.. without suffering any apparent injuries.

Holy S*** I feel so bad for everyone that is in the way of those twisters . i was station in Texas when i was in the navy and we had a couple of twisters , no fun .

Just to update and put some closure on this event.
The kid who was driving the truck, survived. Very lucky.
He had some bumps and bruises but nothing major. His truck on the other hand was messed up.

But, a local dealership was generous enough to gift him a brand new replacement near Ft. Worth , plus a little something extra..
