Little more power without having to change escWelcome...
I have one but geared down slow for my 5-year-old grandbaby girl. What I have seen in some videos is that it flies.
Looking for more speed or keeping the same speed but keeping the motor cooler, etc...what's your goal?
I’d go with a cheap 3670 size motor in the 2700-3200kv range.Little more power without having to change esc
Do I need the fan still on this motor?I’d go with a cheap 3670 size motor in the 2700-3200kv range.

Can you please send me the link for the drive shafts I’m having the same problem with the vorteks on stock everythingI got the 3670 2650kv in the Big Rock on 18T. Good low end smooth power. I could have geared up but went with bigger tires instead, 150mm on hex 17. Runs well. Had to upgrade drive shaft as rear u-joints kept popping out.

Check the part number to ensure it fits the vorteks. It is only for the rear.
Yes I would. The stock heatsink/fan will also fit on other smooth can 36mm motors, so there’s no need to buy something different.Do I need the fan still on this motor?
Thank I really appreciate the adviceYes I would. The stock heatsink/fan will also fit on other smooth can 36mm motors, so there’s no need to buy something different.
