What do you want? More top speed?

Then I would suggest to change the pinion gear, +2 teeth and see if the motor does not overheat.

Different esc will not give you much benefit, unless you place an esc that can handle 4s, but on 4s the drivetrain will fail at any plastic gear and probably the rear drive shafts.

You will not see any benefit changing the esc and keeping the stock motor.

What batteries are you running? Are you looking for speed runs or general bashing?

The stock motor/esc combo is about the limit of what you can get power wise on 3 cells. If you want a noticeable increase in speed and power your looking at a 4s setup. It's almost cheaper to start with a 4s or 6s platform since your going to be swapping to metal drivetrain with more power.
