Hi All! In this thread will publish a printed parts for Arrma Gorgon

Thanks for these. Are you printing PETG? Did you break the old ones or was it just for fun?
Any idea what material the stock spur gear is made out of?

Probably Nylon

I model it just for fun. Perhaps if the original one breaks, I can print a replacement quickly. And nylon and PETG is best solution, i think. I'll definitely be printing from PETG, it's much easier to print with than nylon. The stock one seems to be made of a harder material.

Stock composites are Nylon
 
Another model. I used a cover on a 40x40 fan, but small leaves and branches were getting caught in the fan. I decided to modify the cover and add a filter made of capron socks. https://www.thingiverse.com/thing:6607359

For mounting:
1) screw the fan cover to the model
2) put on a capron sock or stocking and pull it up to level the cover.
3) screw the cover on
4) cut off the excess with a knife or razor.
