changed the spur to a 39t hoping to increase some speed due to the finer tooth count.
89mph 31/39
91mph 32/39
93mph 33/39
91mph 34/39 (since there was a cut at WOT I changed the time from 7s to 9s) 92mph 34/39.
So, it looks like i am stuck. @RedondoBeachRC Did you mess with timing at all? I did move it from 0 to 3.1 at the end of last season.
At this point I am going to gear back down to 29t or 31t and push the car on 8S. (I can't believe I am saying these numbers, but I think it can do it)
I am going to keep gearing up until I get to the low 100-teens and then retire the car until I get a higher kv motor to reattempt 100mph on 6S with a 160a ESC.

Seems like you found the max on 6s for this setup.
What batteries are you running? I wonder if the cut is LVC.

I as well think it's LVC, and I am not able to turn off LVC.
I am running some cheap 5000mah batteries.
