Been doing RC cars, boats, and hovercrafts since the early 90's also but, this is 5 yrs on the Arrma forum.
Dabbled in helicopters and drones about 10 years ago and its not for me...

The money pit is real!

Funny story is that I got into this because I couldn't afford a sports car right now. I could have had a decent C5 Corvette at this point...

Although my original goal was to get back into sports cars I am really glad I found this hobby and have enjoyed it a ton.
I learned some new skills like making molds, 3d printing, and composites. Also made many new friends across the world. All worth the $$$ in my opinion.

Congrats on being on the forum for that long: today makes tree years for me.

With my newest, a Corally Asuga, I'm up to 28 vehicles in the four years since I got back into RC. I rarely sell any of my vehicles.
