2000kv vs 2200kv

What's the speed difference between a 2000kv motor vs 2200kv motor with the same gearing?

The 2200kv is faster but less torque.
The 2000kv is slower with more torque.

So the bigger the machine, the lower the kv to make up for the need of torque.

Does this mean I can gear down with the 2200kv as opposed to gearing up with the 2000kv and achieve the same mph?

If you have enough torque, yes, most likely.
