So just getting back into RC’s after many years and my “first” RC will be the 1/10 Granite 4X4 V3 3S BLX Brushless Monster Truck RTR.
I have been doing a lot of research on YouTube, FB groups, Forums and Reddit. I already have new arms, and stuff to reinforce/protect the body on the way.
From what I have seen a couple of other things I want to address right away, due to likely failure, is the servo as well as shocks.
There is a good bit of information about suggested servos, but it seems to be a lot of different ones, and many that I have checked out have poor reviews. I also am a little confused as many have different control angles, and I am not sure what degree I would need for the Granite.
Looking for feedback on servos and shocks for the Granite. Budget is an issue but don’t necessarily want something cheap that will not last or cause problems.
