Kraton Stock Kraton 8s

I have a stock Kraton 8s with 4s batteries. If I were to get 6s or 8s batteries would I have to upgrade the esc and motor? Also what are the benefits besides speed? Thanks

The kraton 8s will run on 2 4s batteries. Two 6s would be 12s which your kraton cannot take unless you do some serious modification.
