180° is what you need. You won’t even use all of that range. Make sure you set your endpoints, it’s critical if you want the servo to last.- Do I have to look for one with control angle 180° or 270°
Yes indeed. The specs are probably exaggerated, but these servos work well for the 6s bashers.- Will 35kg torque be sufficient?

That too +1IIRC, the S652 has a 23T spline, and most other servos have a 25T spline. You will need a 25T splined servo arm when you replace the servo.

Have 4 of them running from 7.4V-8.4VDC, best bang for the buck available IMO but your saver needs to be addressed.
