Got my center dog bones installed and my shock stand offs on my m2c balls the standoffs worked perfectly on the m2c plastic shock balls they all were consistent tight threaded high precision beautiful finish and tightened no problems the center dog bones fit perfectly are a touch bigger along the narrow side but fit beautifully I used rubber orings to eliminate play the front was to tight with one in the rear was 2 tight with 2 in so I used 1 all and all beautiful quality and the price can't be beat is on par with any of the other companies if not better

Also this is why I did the plastic shock ball and stand off kits with the stock rubber bushings it hammered the shock caps now it shouldn't and it took up all my shock play and if I was replacing the balls I might as well fix it right the first time

Also I wanted to try the ramjam 4140 input cup on the rear of this to see how they compared to the scorched that I deformed but I ordered the wrong one my fault not ramjams I since ordered the right ones but the ones I did receive are beautiful I have since ordered the proper parts

highly recommend also customer service is top notch my drive cups will be here soon also proper ones and I will beat them this is another 4140 drive cup from another popular brand who warrantied it but I want to see how ramjams compare I'll also show the differences in them when I get them also this is from 1 outing 2 6s batterys

No cups 4140 drive shafts are ti5 and shock standoffs are ti5

Ram jams drive cup on the left another brand on the right now I'm not a engineer but I definitely see a different purpose for both of these and in my opinion ramjams is stronger

Also the one on the right would allow a bit more shaft angle which to me isn't worth the strength decrease

The one on the left looks like 4140 hardened steel and the one on the right looks like grade 5 titanium. You may not be an engineer, but your instincts are good. The one on the left is most definitely stronger and the one on the right is engineered from its inception to be a perfectly balanced and much lighter alternative for speed runners only with a service life of only a few passes.
You are correct sir. They are designed for very different purposes.
The only question is how many times this particular dead horse can be beaten.

I don't see any of this as a dead horse I'm reviewing and comparing products and doing something I have not seen anyone do why because I can 2 different products 2 different manufacturers 2 different purposes this may help a speed runner looking for his product in the future or a basher not going through the growing pain this may help ramjam get more exposure with his prospective buyers because they want more strength what is it specifically you are calling a dead horse dan
