Luckily, a random russian neck beard stopped by to execute some structural reinforcement...

A nerf ball cut in half should be just the ticket. And forget the wheelie bar and wing.

What this really needs, is a bombed out 3.8 bandito for some butt armor. Butt, just zip tie it on so we don't mess up the hex.
The chassis has a 1/4" sine wave bend going into the rear diff, so I'm pretty sure we won't get many hucks out of it. (I suspect I've straightened this one for the last time.) But hey- it's a great excuse to pick up an M2C chassis along with another rear tower, standoff, and tower to center brace, um, braces.
I wonder how many bad landings this body will take...

I love a good hack job! I've done similar things to a few of my RC planes, sometimes it's amazing what will fly.

This build is full on legit! That tire on the back is probably a que that Arrma should steal from you. Bet it lasts 100 times longer than a stock wing mount. Best part, i bet it self rights itself almost all the time. Do you always wear your tuxedo shirt when wrenching? I save mine for special occasions like weddings and funerals
