A failed Mosfet(S) at the ESC? But Steering should always work unless your BEC power supply circuit in the ESC failed. And you said you have BOTH no ST and THR. Worst case ESC is bricked. But troubleshoot first to verify.
Try an ESC reset. Check all leads at the Receiver. Look for broken/pinched ESC lead going to the Receiver also. Bashing carnage can do that. What ESC model is it. What Radio ?
