Where do I start looking to fix this? 
Front wheels bound up.

I'd start with checking the front diff. Looks like it locked up.

It's the front wheels causing it to bind..... switched back to stock and it works perfectly fine.

Did some sanding with the dremel. Wheels now fit and move properly.
