I'm sure I'll Eventually get my hands on a (some) Bambu...

So might as well keep a running list of cool Mods I'll want for it here..

AMS Hydra

AMS stands

I’ve done research on the Hydra months ago but it isn’t worth my time/filament.

As for mods, I printed a poop container and desiccant containers for the AMS. That’s it… that’s all.

Keep in mind that this isn’t an Ender as these machines don’t “need” gadgets and trinkets to make it work correctly. That’s what MY experiences have been as there are others that would argue that their Enders worked great out of the box.

How to DIY your AMS to print TPU

Interesting..

Is printing super full or smaller spool sizes really that common of a thing to completely rebuild the AMS?

It probably don't matter all that much for most people that know what they are doing, but Bambu also has a page of mods to be cautious about. Of course, one is cardboard spools, which I'm running now. :ROFLMAO: - https://wiki.bambulab.com/en/general/bambu-mods-to-avoid

Beware of cardboard spools..

It's because it sheds those paper fiber/lint as it rolls on the tracks
and caused those little motors to work harder and gears to start slipping
-leading to all sorts of random filament loading & swapping headaches..

I think I was tricked. I thought I was getting plastic spools. Once these two are gone I'm hoping they are the last cardboard spools I'll use.
