Lol I'm still undecided, drilling a hole definitely makes more sense and is definitely old school but who really makes sense these days . I'll probably wait till I lose control due to lack of range then I'll cry like a little female dog then drill a hole.

Go slow on the shakedown run and see how far it goes before you lose it. If you're doing speed running, you probably want more distance than me, who's just bashing around, so you may end up drilling a hole and mounting the antenna vertically.. LiKe tHe MaNuAl SaYs tO. Whatever, can't un-drill the hole, so I'd try without it first.
