1/5 GEN (180x70) on Kraton 8s eXb

Does running smaller buggy tires 180x70 that are 1/5 GEN like my Kraton 8s EXB tires just smaller and thinner, little bit heavier too. Is it going to do anything to my gears? Or anything else?

If you are worried about stripping your diffs I would say don’t be. You shouldn’t have any problems. If the tires are a bit smaller you might want to gear up a tooth or 2 on the pinion to maintain the top speed.
