I haven't fully dug into it, but the tech is much newer than the skyrc device. Newer BT protocol, faster chip, accelerometer etc. The app shows the path the car drove as well as lateral g-forces. It appears it's producing a lot more data.

Nice! Yea, more data could definitely be a good selling point. GNSS is sparse to say the least.

I looked at the link, then I saw FB ads and the comments that subsequently popped up.

For me I think the GNSS has the same features that no one seems to care to use, but the biggest thing is that you have to provide and solder on your own power supply and 3D print a case. The GNSS is one and done for less $$.
