do the diffs hold up to brushless power? if so I would get a grom don't understand why they don't come brushless anyway. or at leased do a brushless version.
the short answer, no. but they make stronger ones that you can order. id recommend buying two sets.

The stock diffs do break after a while, still waiting for my upgraded ones from horizon
 
Already ran 1/7 scale speed for years,1/5 scale also, time for something different
The smaller ones are fun . Harder to control at high speeds until user gets used to it like everything . I think the smaller cars look like they are going twice as fast . Like 40mph looks like 60 mph .
