Does anybody know exactly what the little nub screws are for in the suspension on the lower front arms I recently replaced my front arms to RPM and I'm not sure what the best adjustment is

These are 'droop screws'. As you screw them in, they come out the bottom of the arm and press against the ears on the chassis - and limit the down travel of the arms. I.E, they make the truck sit lower.

For most bashing you will unscrew them and ignore them. For speed runs, they can be useful to lower the COG and preload the shocks to reduce sway.

Thanks so helpfully i Bash so ill just leave them.in flush at tbe bottom

Not so fast there, if the down travel is limited by your shocks they will break.

So sir do tell.......bashing jumping and what not with 90wt shock oil best adjustments

Arms as low as possible with the screws still touching when you hold the car in the air.
I turn the screws in this position until I see the arms go up.
