Kraton Building my Kraton

Kraton fits fine. 9200 smc
Maybe 1/4” in taller but thats it

Yeah it fits the Kraton battery tray perfect. I was hoping it would fit the Outcast battery tray becuase i have my Kraton swapped with the Outcast tray. I geuss ill just have to switch back to the Kraton tray to run this battery. Or i could just squeeze it in the outcast tray but it seems to put pressure of the Lipo and i don't think thats a good thing.

Such a big & heavy battery adds a lot of strain to shocks, chassis, drivetrain...

It doesn't seem to make a big difference with the added weight. My Kraton preforms fine with it. Its not much heavier than my 2 3s 6700mah packs.

Yes u do sideways not on top of each other but side by side.

Got me a powerHobby Battery was cheap 4s 5200mah 100c burst only last me 18mins vs my 6700-9200 last me 35-45mins.

Broke my servo (gear bearing shredded) and Receiver stop working on longer distances so went to shop to replace them on kraton today

I replaced it with the outcast tray and sides and my smc 7200's only fit one on top of the other..

Trust me when I tell you this, that other pinion will not last long. Get a Robinson Racing pinion put threadlocker on the motor shaft as well as the grub screw.

What racing Robinson pinion should I put on my kraton v2 it’s stock ?

What size where you running before? I think the stock pinions were 12t with a 16t speed pinion. If your temps were fine with your current pinion stick with the same size.

I wouldnt go bigger than a 14t with 40 series. I run a 13t and 14t with my 40 series trenchers. The 40 series are bigger in diamter than the stocks.

Oh i don't use 4s bud only 6s or series. 4s is for my Losi dbxle

Your welcome, your best bet is to run the truck with a 14t and check motor temps. If the motor and esc are getting to hot, then go down a tooth. Then run it again and check temps and so on. Your motor shouldnt go above 180f....
