So these are the new batteries I got when the stupid seller on eBay sent me 3 2s lipos instead of 2 3s lipos.

Should I just toss them?

You try checking them on something else also just in case? I had a very similar experience with some floureon packs via eBay. They gave me a hard time, but after some angry emails I was able to return the packs and get a refund. That's a big gap in voltages.

I'm thinking of contacting the seller again( they sent me 3 2s Lipos instead of 2 3s lipos originally) and telling them I am sending these back and I want the 2 3s batteries I originally ordered.

Could be just a fluke, but I'd just return them and get something else. Hopefully the seller is easy to deal with either way, mines was a nightmare.

I am doing a discharge/balance cycle on the batteries. This is where I am now.

Yeah my seller was a nightmare to deal with as well, only spoke Engrish and it took 5-6 emails back and forth before they gave me a refund.

Getting better. A few more cycles, and maybe they will start to match.

Also, I have one of these in my toolbox. It will slowly discharge the high cell to get the pack back in balance. It is really slow, though. I mostly just use it as a voltage checker. This plus my harbor freight pocket thermometer are normally in my pocket when I go bash.

One of what?

It happens. Thanks I'm going to cycle them a few more times and see what they do.

And the name of the seller on eBay is ipowertopbest, looking back through their feedback they have a tendency to send people the wrong stuff.

Another thing I noticed almost every single one of those Floureon batteries all ship from Staten Island New York. My theory is that all those sellers are just some Asian guy sitting in his bathrobe selling stuff from drop shippers.

Yup ipowertopbest is the seller I had issues with. My 3s arrived just like yours.

If you want to keep them just do a balance storage cycle on your charger rather than a charge cycle. I always do 1st charge cycle at 1 amp to get them balanced properly.

On a heli forum someone mentioned to run the batteries in a vehicle to put a load on them, so that is what I have been doing and so far the cells are getting better. I have also been manually matching up the discharge on each individual cell before I balance them, so like after the last outing one cell on each battery was at ~3.7v and one was at ~3.4v using an adapter I made I used the NIMH discharge mode to bring the other cell down to 3.4v so each cell would start out at the same voltage when starting the charge.
This is ~35 min into the charge.

They are getting there that is for sure. .04v difference on one pack and .05v difference on the other. Much better than the 0.32v and 0.22v difference I had before.

Seller refuse to give you a refund?
Long story short no. I bought the batteries over a month ago, and they had just been sitting on my shelf in my closet until recently.
