Weak/little too no steering

Replaced bottom plate recently, turned it on and had power and the steering worked perfectly. Took it out to actually use it and had steering for a couple seconds. Now it barely wiggles back and forth.. any ideas??

Did you turn down the steering rate by accident? On the transmitter, knob on front of transmitter, furthest left. Turn it up for more steering throw.

Is it binding somewhere? Begin troubleshooting by testing the servo independently.

Nope.. I ended up re-binding everything, so far its working
